Apraos House

Each with its own perspective on the bay, a dining area is set in a sunny terrace with flowering shrubs and colourful tubs, a covered veranda forms a comfortable al fresco sitting room, and a sun terrace is hemmed for privacy and shade by olive and fig trees. These pretty outdoor areas complement country-cottage interiors at the superbly sited Apraos House, where simple style is subtly blended with contemporary facilities, air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV among them.

The single storey villa has a double and a twin bedroom, an additional bunk bedroom (available on request), and a sitting room which leads through an archway to the kitchen, and opens out through double doors to the lovely covered terrace. A pathway, with twenty five steps, leads down from the house to a sunbathing platform at the water’s edge, and the gently sloping sands of Kalamaki beach. Water sports and busier resorts are within easy reach by car.

Important information

Please note that the cottage shown on the water’s edge in the photographs is Apraos Studio  for two people, rented separately from Apraos House (situated above) except during selected weeks in peak season where both houses are let together as Apraos House and Studio.  Parking is shared with the studio. 

Please note the boat shown in the photographs is a local fisherman's boat. Unfortunately it is not possible to moor a hired boat at the house.
