With a breakfast table in the kitchen and a dining area and open fireplace in the sitting room, both of the ground floor rooms open on to the garden, while three bedrooms on the first floor include the master double with en suite shower room. In an area of Tuscany famed for its fine olive oil and beautiful banks of camellias, the villa is a well-placed base for local exploration. Shops, bars and restaurants in Castelvecchio di Compito are within 2km. Lucca is just 15km away, and the vibrant beach and bars of Viareggio are well within day trip distance.

Arrival at this villa is between 4 and 8 pm.
After 8 pm a fee of Euro 50 is payable and after 10 pm the fee is Euro 100.
Any late arrival after 8pm is on request and needs to be agreed in advance.
Please kindly note that after midnight – if an arrival is possible – the extra cost is Euro 100 per hour.
