Le Pousse Caillou

Our beautiful Chalet Le Pousse Caillou sits centrally on a large plot in the Mussillon area of Méribel. It is in an area of large exclusive chalets but still only a five minute walk from the town centre if you decide on a relaxed stroll into Méribel. The chalet is on the same small road as our very popular Chalet Phoebe and Chalet Amarena so works really well if you have larger groups wanting to holiday close to each other. Le Pousse Caillou epitomises a luxurious yet traditional alpine escape. All interior fixtures and fittings are of high quality and combine contemporary features with warm traditional chalet interiors. Lots of beautiful wood has been used in this sophisticated property.

The Chalet

Arranged over three floors, Le Pousse Caillou instantly provides guests with a home from home feel with really high quality fittings and finish. The chalet boasts a separate TV room on the ground floor that provides the ideal hideaway for some downtime after a fun-filled day on the slopes. There is a comfortable open plan living/dining area furnished with Ligne Roset.  An open plan kitchen leads off from this area

To truly unwind, take a dip in the chalet’s outdoor sunken hot tub, accessed through the sliding terrace doors. Pousse Caillou is set back in a large plot with a spacious front drive in the Mussillon region of Méribel, the chalet sits perfectly overlooking the beautiful mountain backdrop. 

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All the bedrooms in Le Pousse Caillou are finished to a high standard with a contemporary yet luxurious feel and have either a walk-in shower or bath. Bedroom one is tucked away on the ground floor next to the TV room, it is a good sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a en-suite shower room. It is on the first floor next to the living area and has patio doors leading out on to the spacious terrace. The master bedroom plus two family suites occupy the second floor. The master bedroom is spacious and light, with ample storage, a large walk-in shower and a desk/office area. The large master has patio doors at each end opening on to small balconies with beautiful views across the valley from the front. A really great feature of Le Pousse Caillou are the two family suites, accommodating two adults and two children in each room. Although on a slightly smaller scale in comparison to the other bedrooms, both rooms have a fixed double bed, with bedroom 4 having an interconnecting children’s bedroom and bedroom 5, with a mezzanine floor accessed via a ladder/staircase. The mezzanine would not be suitable for children under the age of 4 years.

Prices

Our prices include accommodation, breakfast, afternoon tea, children’s high tea (if appropriate), and drinks and canapés before a freshly prepared dinner on six nights. Wine, beer and soft drinks are complimentary throughout your stay. Our in-resort driving service is available from 8.30am  to 6.30pm every day, covering Méribel town.
